1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hi71 ("we", "us", "our", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the hi71 website and its associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, esports betting, and all related payment and account features.

By completing the account registration process on hi71, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing hi71 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be bound by them in all respects;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are not accessing hi71 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

hi71 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the hi71 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is noted at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hi71.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use hi71, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age;
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of hi71 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You must not have previously had an account on hi71 that was closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with hi71.

Age Verification

hi71 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon routine audit. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is finalised. Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 will be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one hi71 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. hi71 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, remaining balances reviewed, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on hi71, you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide certain personal information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or payment account — you must update your hi71 account promptly by contacting [email protected]. hi71 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your hi71 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hi71 support at [email protected] immediately. hi71 will never ask you for your full password, your bKash PIN, or your Nagad PIN under any circumstances.

Account Currency

All hi71 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to indicate BDT amounts. hi71 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hi71 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out below.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hi71 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank. hi71 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name and linked to your own verified identity. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being subject to review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by hi71's payments team. Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are 15 to 30 minutes from the time of approval. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. hi71 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. hi71 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Pending Bets & Active Bonuses

Withdrawal requests made while there are pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements outstanding may be delayed until those bets are settled and the wagering requirements are assessed. hi71 will communicate the reason for any delay to the player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hi71 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete a verified registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the hi71 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds to the player's account upon deposit. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified on the welcome bonus offer page. hi71 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, device, and payment account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on the games and markets specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met in full, at which point they convert to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• hi71 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or associated winnings found to have been obtained through abuse, misrepresentation, or exploitation of a system error.
• Free bet offers are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any stated wagering requirements.

Promotional Integrity

hi71 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is found to have been placed in connection with a strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns intended solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation in the game. Where such patterns are detected, the relevant bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited and the account reviewed.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hi71 platform — including RNG slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, sports betting, esports betting, and the hi71 Coin game — are subject to the gameplay rules published by the relevant game provider or, in the case of sports and esports betting, by hi71's own rules as stated at the time the market is offered.

RNG Games

Random Number Generator games on hi71 — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — use certified RNG technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and independent of previous results. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent audits. hi71 does not alter or influence the outcomes of any RNG game.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed on hi71 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are operated from professional studios under independent oversight. The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface before the player places any bet. hi71 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports & Esports Betting

All sports and esports bets placed on hi71 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant market at the time the bet is accepted. Odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change up until the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was accepted are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.

hi71 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a system error, manifest pricing error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed (including in cases of match-fixing or corruption).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi71 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with any game;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain;
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or misuse of payment systems;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that hi71 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Session Time Reminders

Players may enable session time reminders that generate an alert after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage natural breaks and promote awareness of time spent gambling. Session reminder settings can be adjusted from your account dashboard at any time.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, and permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended, login access will be removed, and all marketing communications will be halted. Temporary self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. Permanent self-exclusion requests are final.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your hi71 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your registered mobile number and a clear written request to close the account. hi71 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Suspension or Closure by hi71

hi71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified time frame;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery of a duplicate account in breach of the Single Account Policy;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward hi71 staff or other players;
• Any other situation where hi71 reasonably determines that continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed by hi71 for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hi71 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number prior to classifying the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳50, deducted from the remaining balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
